INNOVATIVE SERVICES, INC. (INNOVATIVE CARE SERVICES) IS MADE UP OF OVER 350 CARING TEAM MEMBERS SERVING PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES THROUGHOUT WISCONSIN. INNOVATIVE PROVIDES COMMUNITY SUPPORTED LIVING, RESIDENTIAL CARE, AND MENTAL HEALTH CARE TO HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES AND THEIR FAMILIES. INNOVATIVE'S CLIENTS LIVE IN THEIR OWN HOMES, IN INNOVATIVE'S ADULT FAMILY HOMES, OR IN OUR COMMUNITY BASED RESIDENTIAL FACILITIES. WE SERVE YOUTH AND ADULTS WITH PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH NEEDS, INVOLVING THEM IN THEIR CARE, SO THEY CAN THRIVE.
