DARTS CREATES CONNECTIONS THAT ENRICH AGING. SINCE 1974, DARTS HAS COLLABORATED WITH DIVERSE COMMUNITY PARTNERS TO DELIVER SERVICES EMPOWERING OLDER ADULTS AND CAREGIVERS, PROMOTE WELLNESS, BOLSTER FINANCIAL STABILITY, AND FOSTER ONGOING COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT. OUR VISION IS TO PROVIDE EQUITABLE SOLUTIONS THAT REFLECT DIVERSE COMMUNITY NEEDS AND CREATE A FULFILLING AGING JOURNEY.
