DELTA WAS CREATED FOR THE PURPOSE OF FACILITATING THE FINANCING FOR CONSTRUCTION, ACQUISITION OF FURNISHINGS AND EQUIPMENT, AND MANAGING STUDENT HOUSING FACILITIES ON THE CAMPUSES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ARKANSAS SYSTEM.
