CONDUCT VETERAN OUTREACH THROUGHOUT THE REGION USING GRANT-FUNDED STAFF AND SUPPLIES TO EXPAND ENROLLMENT IN HIRE HEROES USA'S PROGRAMS. DELIVERABLES 1. NUMBER OF INDIVIDUALS RECEIVING SERVICES – 1,000 2. PERCENTAGE OF ENROLLED PARTICIPANTS EXPECTED TO OBTAIN EMPLOYMENT – 65% 3. AVERAGE SALARY AT PLACEMENT – $60,000 4. 6-MONTH JOB RETENTION RATE – 65% INTENDED BENEFICIARY THE PROJECT WILL BENEFIT VETERANS AND MILITARY SPOUSES LIVING IN NORTH-CENTRAL GEORGIA ACROSS THE FOLLOWING 7 COUNTIES: DEKALB, FULTON, FORSYTH, GWINNETT, COBB, DOUGLAS, AND CLAYTON. ACTIVITIES TO BE FUNDED: HIRING PROJECT PERSONNEL: PROJECT DIRECTOR, CASE MANAGER OUTREACH: PROGRAM MARKETING, REFERRAL COORDINATION, PARTICIPATION IN STAND DOWN AND OTHER COMMUNITY EVENTS, DIRECT OUTREACH CASE MANAGEMENT: PRE-ENROLLMENT INTAKE AND ASSESSMENT, EMPLOYMENT AND JOB TRAINING PLAN DEVELOPMENT, JOB TRAINING, PROGRESS TRACKING, EMPLOYMENT ADJUSTMENT SERVICES TRAINING: JOB-DRIVEN TRAINING INCLUDING ON-THE-JOB TRAINING, REGISTERED APPRENTICESHIPS, CERTIFICATIONS AND CREDENTIALING, SKILLS TRANSLATION, AND OCCUPATIONAL SKILLS DEVELOPMENT AND GENERAL EMPLOYMENT SERVICES INCLUDING CAREER COUNSELING, RESUME PREPARATION, INTERVIEWING, AND JOB SEARCHING STRATEGIES PURCHASE OF SUPPLIES AND TECHNOLOGY TO SUPPORT PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION PARTICIPANT SUPPORT COSTS: TRANSPORTATION ASSISTANCE AND PROFESSIONAL WORK ATTIRE FOR PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS (UP TO $200 PER PARTICIPANT).
