THE RUTH STONE HOUSE IS A NONPROFIT LITERARY ARTS ORGANIZATION DEDICATED TO PRESERVING THE LEGACY OF POET RUTH STONE AND FOSTERING THE CREATION, STUDY, AND APPRECIATION OF CONTEMPORARY POETRY AND THE LITERARY ARTS. THROUGH RESIDENCIES, WORKSHOPS, PUBLICATIONS, PERFORMANCES, AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMING, WE SERVE WRITERS, ARTISTS, AND THE BROADER PUBLIC BY CULTIVATING CREATIVITY, COMMUNITY, AND ACCESS TO THE ARTS IN RURAL VERMONT AND BEYOND.
