THE DISTRICT PROVIDES EDUCATIONAL AND PROMOTIONAL SUPPORT TO ENGAGE THE FULL SPECTRUM OF CREATIVE INDUSTRIES, ORGANIZATIONS, BUSINESSES, AND ARTISTS. FURTHER, THE DISTRICT CELEBRATES CULTURAL HERITAGE, INSPIRES YOUTH, AND PROMOTES PATRONS FOR EMERGING TALENTS.
