APPLICATIONS ARE TAKEN DURING THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY. APPLICATIONS ARE SCORED THROUGH A BLIND SCORING METHOD AND RECIPIENTS ARE SLECTED BASED UPON THE HIGHEST SCORE MATCHING THE SPONSOR'S CRITERIA. SCHOLARSHIPS ARE AWARDED IN MAY.
