THIS AGREEMENT WILL PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO THE PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT GROUP (PBDG) IN ITS EFFORTS TO REDUCE DIESEL EMISSIONS AND EXPOSURE IN CLACKAMAS, MULTNOMAH, AND WASHINGTON COUNTY, OREGON AND CLARK COUNTY WASHINGTON. BY SCRAPPING AND REPLACING SEVEN HEAVY-DUTY TRUCKS AND ONE MEDIUM-DUTY DIESEL POWERED TRUCK, PBDG WILL REDUCE EMISSIONS OF DIESEL PARTICULATE MATTER AND OTHER POLLUTANTS SUCH AS NITROGEN OXIDES, CARBON MONOXIDE AND HYDROCARBONS.
