TLPS PROVIDE COMPREHENSIVE SERVICES (E.G., BASIC LIFE SKILLS, EDUCATIONAL AND JOB ATTAINMENT OPPORTUNITIES, COUNSELING) THAT SUPPORTS THE TRANSITION OF HOMELESS YOUTH TO SELF-SUFFICIENCY AND STABLE, INDEPENDENT LIVING.
