THE PRIMARY FOCUS AREA OF THIS PROJECT IS HEALTHY FUTURES WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF "AGING IN PLACE". AT THE END OF THE THREE YEAR GRANT IT IS ANTICIPATED THAT 200 OLDER ADULTS WILL HAVE REMAINED IN THEIR HOMES. THIS WILL BE MEASURED THROUGH A SURVEY OF THOSE CLIENTS BEING SERVED. THE CNCS FEDERAL INVESTMENT OF $46,956 WILL BE SUPPLEMENTED BY $29,074 IN NON-FEDERAL RESOURCES.
