ADDITIONALLY, THE INITIATIVE EMPHASIZES FORGING COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIPS WITH ENTITIES LIKE WOODHULL HOSPITAL, LOCAL POLICE PRECINCTS, AND COMMUNITY-BASED ORGANIZATIONS TO EXPAND SUPPORT SERVICES AND FOSTER COLLABORATIVE RELATIONSHIPS.
