THE PROJECT IS COMPRISED OF A 15,245 SQUARE FEET NEW ADDITION; A 10,710 SQUARE FEET RENOVATION OF THE 2ND AND 3RD FLOORS; THE PURCHASE AND INSTALL A NEW ELEVATOR THAT CAN ACCOMMODATE AN EMERGENCY VEHICLE’S GURNEY; THE PURCHASE A NEW TRANSDUCER AS MANDATED BY BGE; BRINGING THE 1950’S BUILDING UP TO TODAY’S BUILDING CODES, ADA COMPLIANCE AND STRUCTURAL STANDARDS; WILL ENABLE THE REMEDIATION OF DORMANT ASBESTOS, MOLD, AND WATER LEAKS; WILL TRANSFORM THE EXTERIOR BUILDING BY CONVERTING AND CONSOLIDATING 3 BUILDINGS INTO ONE COHESIVE BUILDING; AND WILL REMOVE THE HAZARDOUS ENTRANCE OF THE 73-YR-OLD 3319 WEST BELVEDERE BUILDING.
