THE PROJECTS WILL BE CO-CREATED IN COLLABORATION WITH THE USAID UTILITY MANAGEMENT PROGRAM AND PARTICIPATING MISSIONS TO CREATE A HOLISTIC AND SUSTAINABLE APPROACH TO PRO BONO CONSULTANT IMPACT WHICH IS INCLUSIVE, ACCOUNTABLE, AND RESILIENT. THE IMPACT CHAMPIONS PROGRAM WILL FOCUS ON BUILDING THE CAPACITY OF UTILITIES TO SERVE AS CRITICAL DRIVERS OF SUSTAINABLE ECONOMIC GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT BY ADDRESSING THE FOLLOWING TECHNICAL OBJECTIVES: ¿ OBJECTIVE ONE: STRENGTHENING THE CAPACITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE HOST UTILITY PARTNER IN PREDETERMINED AREAS ¿ OBJECTIVE TWO: INTRODUCING IMPROVED AND UPDATED BUSINESS PRACTICES ACROSS A BROAD RANGE OF FUNCTIONS ¿ OBJECTIVE THREE: INTRODUCING AND CONNECTING UTILITY EMPLOYEES TO PRIVATE SECTOR ROLE MODELS AND MENTORS
