1.PROJECT NARRATIVE AND MILESTONESUNDER THIS AGREEMENT, ENROLLEE SHALL ENSURE CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS ARE BEING MET BY OBSERVING AND RECORDING CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS AND SAFETY PROCEDURES. IF CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS ARE NOT MET, THE POSITION WILL NOTIFY THE MANAGER. BY FILLING OUT COMPREHENSIVE DAILY REPORTS DOCUMENTING CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES, THE POSITION WILL ENSURE DOCUMENTATION IS AVAILABLE TO SUPPORT ACCEPTANCE OR NON-ACCEPTANCE OF CONSTRUCTION WORK. A DIGITAL TEMPLATE WILL BE PROVIDED TO THE CONSTRUCTION CONTROL REPRESENTATIVE (CCR) AND WILL BE TYPED, ELECTRONICALLY SUBMITTED AND ROUTED BY 9:00 AM THE NEXT DAY. THE REPORT ROUTING WILL BE PROVIDED WITH THE DIGITAL TEMPLATE. THE CCR POSITION WILL BE STATIONED AT A CONSTRUCTION SITE WHERE THEY ARE BUILDING AN INTAKE, WATER TREATMENT PLANT, PUMPING PLANTS, DISTRIBUTION TANKS, AND DISTRIBUTION AND TRANSMISSION PIPELINES. WORK WEEK IS TYPICALLY 40 HOURS A WEEK. THE MANAGER MAY ADJUST THE WORK WEEK TO COVER THE CONTRACTOR S SCHEDULE. MANAGER REFERENCED COULD BE A MANAGER OR PROJECT MANAGER.THE WORK IS TO BEGIN AS SOON AS A SUITABLE CANDIDATE IS SELECTED AND ONBOARDED. THE WORK WILL END ONCE A FEDERAL FTE IS HIRED FOR THIS POSITION, OR ONCE PHASE 1 CONSTRUCTION IS COMPLETED, WHICHEVER IS EARLIER. IF A FEDERAL FTE IS HIRED, THERE WILL BE A PERIOD OF 2-6 WEEKS OF KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER (DEPENDING ON THE LEVEL OF EXPERIENCE OF THE FEDERAL FTE) AND THEN THE POSITION WILL BE TERMINATED. ONCE PHASE 1 CONSTRUCTION IS COMPLETE AND AS-BUILTS HAVE BEEN DELIVERED, THERE WILL BE A PERIOD OF 1 WEEK OF ORGANIZING FILES AND PERFORMING DOCUMENTATION CLOSEOUT, AND THEN THE POSITION WILL BE TERMINATED. CONSTRUCTION COMPLETION IS CURRENTLY ANTICIPATED IN JUNE 2027. 1.1PROJECT WORK TO BE ACCOMPLISHED: THE CONSTRUCTION CONTROL REPRESENTATIVE WILL DOCUMENT COMPLIANCE STATUS AND REPORT AND ESCALATE POTENTIAL NONCOMPLIANCE OBSERVES AND REPORTS SAFETY CONDITIONS AND INFORMS THE MANAGER DOES NOT ENFORCE SAFETY RULES, DOES NOT STOP WORK UNLESS IMMINENT DANGER EXISTS. THE ENROLLEE HAS NO AUTHORITY TO DIRECT THE CONTRACTOR. CCR WILL BECOME FAMILIAR WITH CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS AND SAFETY REQUIREMENTS. THEY WILL COMPLETE DAILY FIELD REPORTS TO DOCUMENT CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES WITH A HIGH LEVEL OF DETAIL.
