AS LEADERS IN REACHING HIGHLY IMPACTED POPULATIONS, WE PLAN TO EXPAND OUR IMPACT IN THE COMMUNITY BY FOCUSING EFFORTS ON YOUNG, BLACK/LATINO MSM. THE STRATEGIES AND ACTIVITIES PROPOSED IN THIS GRANT WILL ALLOW APNH TO IMPROVE SERVICE TO BLACK/LATINO MSM IN THE GREATER NEW HAVEN AREA AS OUTLINED BY THE ENDING THE EPIDEMIC INITIATIVE PERTAINING TO DIAGNOSING, TREATING, PREVENTING, AND RESPONDING TO HIV INFECTIONS.
