THE MOBILE UNIT WILL INCLUDE ALL NECESSARY VISION EQUIPMENT TO PROVIDE A THOROUGH EYE EXAM THROUGH TELEHEALTH VISION SERVICES. THIS VISION MOBILE UNIT WILL BE CONNECTED TO A VISION PROVIDER WHO WILL ELECTRONICALLY TALK DIRECTLY TO THE PATIENT ABOUT THEIR VISION NEEDS AND RESULTS. THE MOBILE UNIT WILL SCHEDULE TIMES AT EACH OF PATHS MEDICAL SITES TO SERVE THEIR PATIENTS. THE SITES INCLUDE THE AREAS OF DANVILLE, MARTINSVILLE, CHATHAM, SOUTH BOSTON, AND BOYDTON, VIRGINIA.
