THE EMERGENCY SUPPLEMENTAL HISTORIC PRESERVATION FUND PROVIDES FUNDING FOR NECESSARY EXPENSES RELATED TO THE CONSEQUENCES OF NATURAL DISASTERS TO PROVIDE RELIEF TO OWNERS OF HISTORIC RESOURCES IN AREAS THAT RECEIVED A MAJOR DISASTER DECLARATION PURSUANT TO THE ROBERT T. STAFFORD DISASTER RELIEF AND EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE ACT (42 U.S.C. 5121 ET SEQ.). FUNDING IS APPROPRIATED BY CONGRESS OUT OF THE HISTORIC PRESERVATION FUND UNDER P.L. 118-158, AND AUTHORIZED BY THE NATIONAL HISTORIC PRESERVATION ACT (54 USC 302904 AND 54 USC 300101 ET SEQ). THIS PROJECT WILL FUND STABILIZATION AND REPAIR OF DAMAGE TO THE IN-THE-OAKS ESTATE AS A RESULT OF A MAJOR DISASTER DECLARATION(S).
