OUR MISSION IS TO PROVIDE ACCESSIBLE, HIGH-QUALITY HEALTH CARE AND INFORMATION TO CLIENTS AND TO SERVE AS ADVOCATE AND EDUCATOR TO THE COMMUNITY ON RESPONSIBLE HUMAN SEXUALITY. WE HAVE OFFICES IN NORTH CAROLINA, SOUTH CAROLINA, VIRGINIA AND WEST VIRGINIA. PLANNED PARENTHOOD SOUTH ATLANTIC, INC. IS AN AFFILIATE OF PLANNED PARENTHOOD FEDERATION OF AMERICA, INC., THE WORLD'S LARGEST AND MOST TRUSTED VOLUNTARY REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH CARE ORGANIZATION. FOUNDED BY MARGARET SANGER IN 1916 AS AMERICA'S FIRST BIRTH CONTROL CLINIC, PLANNED PARENTHOOD BELIEVES IN EVERYONE'S RIGHT TO CHOOSE WHEN OR WHETHER TO HAVE A CHILD, THAT EVERY CHILD SHOULD BE WANTED AND LOVED, AND THAT WOMEN SHOULD BE IN CHARGE OF THEIR OWN DESTINIES.

THROUGH THE PROPOSED GREENSBORO AND DURHAM TELEHEALTH PROJECT, PPSAT WILL INVEST IN TECHNOLOGY UPGRADES AND TRAINING TO ENSURE THE ONGOING RELIABILITY AND QUALITY OF TELEHEALTH AT OUR TITLE X SERVICE SITES. WE WILL ALSO IMPLEMENT A COMPREHENSIVE MARKETING PLAN TO INCREASE TITLE X TELEHEALTH SERVICES AMONG AT-RISK, LOW-INCOME POPULATIONS.
