STRATEGIES/INTERVENTIONS: MMM AND INVOLVED AGENCIES WILL PROVIDE EXTENSIVE OUTREACH AND ENGAGEMENT; INTENSIVE CASE MANAGEMENT FOR ACCESS TO HOUSING; ACCESS TO PUBLIC BENEFIT PROGRAMS; AND A NUMBER OF WRAP-AROUND AND RECOVERY SUPPORT SERVICES.
