(PACS) WILL RECRUIT AN ESTIMATED 25 FOSTER GRANDPARENTS THAT WILL MAKE UP 14 VSYS ANNUALLY. EACH FOSTER GRANDPARENT(VSY) WILL WORK AN AVERAGE OF 20-25 HOURS (MINIMUM OF 15 AND MAXIMUM OF 40) A WEEK AND WILL WORK WITH AN AVERAGE OF 3 TO 5 ASSIGNED CHILDREN FOR THE DURATION OF THE SCHOOL YEAR.
