OF THOSE WHO TERMINATED FROM PROGRAMMING, MOST WERE FOR TREATMENT NON-COMPLIANCE (26%), FOLLOWED BY ABSCONDING (22%), REARREST (22%), AND OTHER COURT NON-COMPLIANCE (22%). WHILE THE OVERALL PROGRAM OUTCOMES ARE POSITIVE, THERE IS A DESIRE AMONG PROGRAM STAFF TO ENHANCE THE SERVICES OFFERED TO PARTICIPANTS.
