COMMUNITY PROJECT FUNDING/CONGRESSIONALLY DIRECTED SPENDING - CONSTRUCTION - ANDERSON REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER IS A 400 LICENSED BED HEALTH SYSTEM THAT SERVES AN EIGHT-COUNTY AREA IN EAST CENTRAL MISSISSIPPI. THE PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT IS TO FUND MUCH NEEDED UPDATES TO THE FACILITY’S AGING INFRASTRUCTURE IN ORDER TO DECREASE INTERRUPTIONS IN PATIENT CARE DUE TO REPAIRS. THIS PROJECT INVOLVES REPLACING FIVE SECTIONS OF THE HOSPITAL’S ROOF AND THE PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF WITH ONE INDOOR AIR HANDLING UNIT (AHU) AND ONE ROOFTOP UNIT (RTU).
