OLHS SHALL PROMOTE RESPONSBILE PET OWNERSHIP BY ADVOCATING THE IMPORTANCE OF SPAYING AND NEUTERING ANIMALS AND THE HUMANE AND COMPASSIONATE TREATMENT OF ALL ANIMALS.
