CSO FORGE FATHERHOOD PROGRAM - COMMUNITY SERVICES OFFICE, INC. WILL IMPLEMENT A FIVE-YEAR FATHERHOOD PROGRAM SERVING COMMUNITY FATHERS AGED 18 AND OLDER IN HOT SPRINGS, GARLAND COUNTY, ARKANSAS. THE PROJECT WILL DELIVER 24 HOURS OF EVIDENCE-INFORMED WORKSHOPS USING THE 24/7 DAD CURRICULUM AND WITHIN MY REACH, COMBINED WITH CASE MANAGEMENT AND INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPMENT PLANS. SERVICES WILL FOCUS ON RESPONSIBLE PARENTING, HEALTHY RELATIONSHIPS, AND ECONOMIC MOBILITY WHILE INTEGRATING TRAUMA-INFORMED PRACTICES. THE PROGRAM WILL SERVE 350 FATHERS OVER FIVE YEARS, WITH 25 COMPLETERS IN YEAR ONE, 50 IN YEAR TWO, 75 IN YEAR THREE, AND 100 IN YEARS FOUR AND FIVE.
