INTENDED BENEFICIARIES INCLUDE LAW STUDENTS, PUBLIC DEFENDERS, PROSECUTORS, LAW ENFORCEMENT PERSONNEL, PRIVATE ATTORNEYS, AND OTHER LEGAL SERVICE PROVIDERS WITHIN THE STATE OF HAWAII. EXPECTED OUTCOMES INCLUDE INCREASING COLLECTIVE AWARENESS AND SUBJECT MATTER KNOWLEDGE IN THE FIELD OF CRIMMIGRATION AMONG HAWAIIS LEGAL PRACTITIONERS, WHICH WILL HOPEFULLY LEAD TO A LOWER RATE OF DEPORTATIONS DUE TO CRIMINAL CHARGES OVER TIME.
