ENGAGING MINDS SERVICES, INC. WILL PROVIDE SERVICES TO VICTIMS OF LABOR AND SEX TRAFFICKING IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THE INTERAGENCY HUMAN TRAFFICKING TASK FORCE. THE ENGAGING MINDS SERVICES RESOURCE CENTER WILL STRENGTHEN SERVICES FOR VICTIMS OF HUMAN TRAFFICKING IN HORRY AND GEORGETOWN COUNTIES IN SOUTH CAROLINA, INCLUDING TRAUMA-INFORMED SERVICES TO ENSURE SELF-SUFFICIENCY AND INDEPENDENCE FOR EACH VICTIM. IN CONJUNCTION WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT AND OTHER COMMUNITY SERVICE PROVIDERS, ENGAGING MINDS SERVICES WILL MAINTAIN A NETWORK OF INDIVIDUALIZED, COMPREHENSIVE SERVICES WHICH ARE CULTURALLY COMPETENT, VICTIM-CENTERED, SURVIVOR-INFORMED, AND EVIDENCE-BASED. THIS STRATEGIC COORDINATION WILL ENSURE THAT TRAFFICKING VICTIMS ARE PROPERLY IDENTIFIED AND REFERRED FOR APPROPRIATE SERVICES UNTIL THEY ARE SELF-SUFFICIENT AND INDEPENDENT.
