THIS PROCESS COVERS 95 FOOD WASTE REDUCTION STRATEGIES RELATED TO AREAS SUCH AS PURCHASING, INVENTORY MANAGEMENT, STORAGE, MENU DESIGN AND STAFF SKILLS.
