BENEFICIARIES INCLUDE STATES, TRIBES, LOCAL GOVERNMENTS AND NONPROFITS AS DESIGNATED BY CONGRESS. THIS PROJECT IS AWARDED TO THE NONPROFIT, QUODDY TIDES FOUNDATION, FOR MASONRY AND ROOF REPAIRS TO THE MASONIC HALL.
